Operation Job Match (OJM) is the employment initiative of the National Capital Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. OJM assists individuals with adult-onset physical disabilities to make informed choices about their employment. OJM clients may have any of the following adult-onset conditions: multiple sclerosis, lupus, diabetes, arthritis, and spinal cord injury.
