how to start a team
Starting a Team is Easy
Step 1:
Choose your event!
Walk with us in April at the Walk MS
or challenge yourself to 3 days and 50 miles this September at the Capital Challenge Walk MS
or cycle with us in May at the Bike MS: Beyond the Beltway.
Step 2: Pick a Captain and a Team Name. If you are a corporate team, participating under your company name is a great PR opportunity.
Step 3: Register yourself and your team online.
Step 4: Recruit at least three more team members and start raising funds!
